This is again something we did quite sometime back, but never got to the blog. Lazy mom!
1. You will need a construction paper, some q-tips, color paint (multiple colors)
2. Use one q-tip for each color, dip and paint.
Note: this concept of one q-tip for each color did not work out for a long time. May be with older kids but not with my little one.
