We are still working on colors. We started off with this. He is now able to say the words red,blue and green though he mixes them up most of the time. I thought it was time to do something different. So I prepared these color posters for him. I will be working on the primary colors only for now. But I just prepared the other posters for future use.
Later on I plan to cut out the individual pictures and laminate them and use it to play the 'match the colors' game. In each page, there is square card representing the color. Just lay down the color card and ask the child to match the pictures corresponding to the color. If you child is just starting to learn colors, it is better to start matching just couple of colors and not overwhelm the child with all the colors.
